  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 lime Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Equipment

  • Medium bowl

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the turmeric, ground coriander, ground cumin, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for about 15-30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer.
  4. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink and opaque. Flip them over and cook for another 1-2 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and garnish the shrimp with chopped fresh cilantro.
  6. Serve immediately with additional lime wedges, if desired.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the spices to your taste or serve with a side of rice or salad for a complete meal.
