  • 1 cup Cucumber Sliced
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper Strips Various colors
  • 1 cup Carrot Sticks
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1/2 cup Celery Sticks
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion Sliced (optional)
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing Or your choice of dip

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Prepare all vegetables: wash, dry, and cut into desired shapes and sizes. Halve cherry tomatoes, slice cucumbers, cut bell peppers into strips, and create carrot and celery sticks.
  2. Arrange the sliced or shredded turkey breast in the center of a large platter or serving tray.
  3. Arrange the prepared vegetables around the turkey breast, creating a visually appealing arrangement. Use a variety of colors and textures.
  4. Consider separating the vegetables into smaller groups for easier serving.
  5. Place the ranch dressing (or your chosen dip) in a small bowl in the center or to the side of the tray.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs, such as parsley or dill, if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a heartier meal, add some whole-wheat crackers or pita bread. You can also substitute the turkey with leftover chicken or ham.
