- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, sweet chili sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, lime juice, and soy sauce. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
- Marinate the shrimp for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Heat a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer.
- Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque. Avoid overcrowding the pan; you may need to do this in batches.
- Once cooked, remove the shrimp from the heat and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
- Serve the sweet chili shrimp over cooked rice or noodles. Garnish with lime wedges and sesame seeds for added flavor and presentation.
