Ingredients
  

Sugar Cookie Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
Martini Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounces Vanilla vodka
  • 1 ounce Heavy cream
  • Pinch Ground cinnamon
  • Optional Sugar cookie crumbles For garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Make the Sugar Cookie Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  2. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  5. Make the Martini: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, heavy cream, sugar cookie syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon.
  6. Shake well until thoroughly chilled (about 15-20 seconds).
  7. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  8. Garnish with sugar cookie crumbles, if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

For a stronger cinnamon flavor, add a cinnamon stick to the syrup while simmering. Adjust the amount of heavy cream to your preference for a creamier or less creamy martini. You can also rim the glass with sugar for extra sweetness.
