- In a medium bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes. Mix well to create the sauce.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side until they start to turn pink.
- Flip the shrimp and pour the sauce over them. Stir to coat the shrimp evenly.
- Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are fully cooked and the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
- Serve the spicy honey garlic shrimp garnished with sliced green onions. Enjoy!

Feel free to adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or fewer red pepper flakes.
