  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Green onions, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving (optional)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Stir in the red chili paste and soy sauce, mixing well to combine.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  5. Drizzle in the fresh lime juice and mix well.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the sliced green onions.
  7. Serve immediately over cooked rice or noodles, if desired.
