  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes Adjust to taste
  • 1 whole Lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp with minced garlic, red chili flakes, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the shrimp are evenly coated. Let them marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink.
  4. Turn the shrimp over and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked through. The shrimp should be opaque and firm to the touch.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat. Transfer the shrimp to a serving platter and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

Serve this shrimp dish over a bed of rice or pasta for a more filling meal.
