  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well-coated with the spices and oil.
  2. Allow the shrimp to marinate for about 15-20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp in a single layer.
  4. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. Flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until fully cooked through.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and drizzle fresh lemon juice over the shrimp. Toss gently to combine.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a milder flavor, reduce the cayenne pepper. Serve with rice or crusty bread to soak up the juices.
