  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper Adjust for spice preference
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
  2. Sprinkle the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper over the shrimp. Toss again until the shrimp are well coated with the seasonings.
  3. In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat. Add a little more olive oil if necessary to prevent sticking.
  4. Once the skillet is hot, add the seasoned shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side without stirring, until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. Using tongs or a spatula, flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side until fully cooked.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat. Transfer the shrimp to a serving platter, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

Serve with rice or crusty bread for a complete meal.
