- In a mixing bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
- Sprinkle the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper over the shrimp. Toss again until the shrimp are well coated with the seasonings.
- In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat. Add a little more olive oil if necessary to prevent sticking.
- Once the skillet is hot, add the seasoned shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side without stirring, until they turn pink and opaque.
- Using tongs or a spatula, flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side until fully cooked.
- Remove the skillet from heat. Transfer the shrimp to a serving platter, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
