- In a medium bowl, combine the Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the spice blend.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl, and drizzle with olive oil. Toss the shrimp in the spice blend until they are evenly coated.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned shrimp in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink and start to curl.
- Flip the shrimp and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they are fully cooked through and opaque.
- Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the shrimp, tossing to combine. Remove the skillet from heat.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Adjust the amount of cayenne pepper for desired spiciness. Serve with rice or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
