- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to create a marinade.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are well coated in the marinade. Let the shrimp marinate for at least 15-30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Squeeze the lemon juice over the shrimp while they are cooking for added flavor.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
