  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 lime Lime juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, ground coriander, ground cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined to create a spice mixture.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the spiced shrimp to the skillet in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. Flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side, ensuring they are fully cooked but not overdone.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and squeeze fresh lime juice over the cooked shrimp. Toss to combine.
  7. Serve the spiced shrimp immediately, garnished with chopped cilantro and lime wedges on the side.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the spice mix.
