- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the spiced shrimp to the skillet in a single layer.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side, ensuring they are fully cooked but not overdone.
- Remove the skillet from heat and squeeze fresh lime juice over the cooked shrimp. Toss to combine.
- Serve the spiced shrimp immediately, garnished with chopped cilantro and lime wedges on the side.
Notes
