  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • Cooked rice or quinoa, for serving

Instructions
  1. Prepare the shrimp: Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Set aside.
  2. Heat the oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  3. Sauté the vegetables: Add the sliced red and yellow bell peppers to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
  4. Add garlic and spices: Stir in the minced garlic, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  5. Cook the shrimp: Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until they turn pink and opaque.
  6. Add soy sauce and lime juice: Pour in the soy sauce and lime juice, stirring to combine. Cook for another minute to heat through.
  7. Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve the smoky shrimp stir-fry over cooked rice or quinoa.
