  • 2 tablespoons Avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Chipotle powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
  • to taste Lime wedges, for serving
  • to taste Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the avocado oil, smoked paprika, chipotle powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
  2. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss until the shrimp are evenly coated with the marinade. Let the shrimp marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer.
  4. Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and drizzle the fresh lime juice over the cooked shrimp. Toss gently to combine.
  6. Serve the smoky chipotle shrimp with lime wedges on the side and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
