Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, chopped tomatoes, and red onion (if using).

  4. Pour the dressing over the cucumber and tomato mixture.

  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Garnish with extra fresh dill if desired.

Notes

For a creamier salad, add a dollop of plain Greek yogurt or sour cream to the dressing. Feel free to experiment with other herbs like parsley or chives. Adding feta cheese would also be delicious!
