Instructions
  1. For the Lamb Chops: In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the lamb chops and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  3. For the Hot Honey Salmon Bites: In a bowl, combine olive oil, hot honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the salmon pieces and gently toss to coat.
  4. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add the salmon bites. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
  5. For the Creamy Garlic Noodles: Cook spaghetti or noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  6. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  7. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss until well coated in the creamy sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the spice level of the hot honey according to your preference. This meal pairs well with a side salad.
