- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later. Set aside.
- Melt the Chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, unsweetened cocoa powder, sweetened condensed milk, and a pinch of salt. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and fully melted. Remove from heat.
- Add Flavor: Stir in the vanilla extract into the melted chocolate mixture, mixing until well combined.
- Incorporate Mix-ins: Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, chopped walnuts, and crushed graham crackers until evenly distributed throughout the chocolate mixture.
- Transfer to Pan: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it evenly into the corners and smooth the top.
- Chill: Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the rocky road has set completely.
- Slice and Serve: Once set, lift the rocky road out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares or bars and enjoy!
