  • 1 cup Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows

Method

Instructions
  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later. Set aside.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, unsweetened cocoa powder, sweetened condensed milk, and a pinch of salt. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and fully melted. Remove from heat.
  3. Add Flavor: Stir in the vanilla extract into the melted chocolate mixture, mixing until well combined.
  4. Incorporate Mix-ins: Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, chopped walnuts, and crushed graham crackers until evenly distributed throughout the chocolate mixture.
  5. Transfer to Pan: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it evenly into the corners and smooth the top.
  6. Chill: Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the rocky road has set completely.
  7. Slice and Serve: Once set, lift the rocky road out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares or bars and enjoy!
