  • 6 cups Cubed Watermelon (seedless)
  • 1 cup Strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup optional, to taste
  • a few Fresh Mint Leaves optional, for garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Wash all the berries and watermelon thoroughly under cold water.
  2. Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes. Remove any seeds.
  3. Hull and slice the strawberries.
  4. In a large bowl, gently combine the cubed watermelon, sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
  5. Pour the lime juice over the fruit mixture. Add honey or maple syrup if desired, and gently toss to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and the salad to chill (optional).
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves (if using) and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

For a sweeter salad, add a bit more honey or maple syrup. You can also add other berries like cranberries or chopped mango for variation. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
