Instructions
  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  2. Add the fresh pineapple chunks to the blender. If using frozen pineapple, you can skip the ice cubes.
  3. Peel the banana and add it to the blender.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk to provide creaminess and blend everything together smoothly.
  5. If you like a bit of sweetness, add honey or maple syrup to taste.
  6. For added nutrition, sprinkle in chia seeds.
  7. If you prefer a colder and thicker smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes.
  8. Blend all the ingredients on high until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.
  9. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or thickness if needed by adding more honey, milk, or ice.
