- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

- Add the shrimp to the skillet, stirring gently to coat them in the sauce. Cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Stir in the Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve warm with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
