  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Hummus
  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Sliced black olives
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and hummus. Stir until well blended.
  2. Add the chopped parsley, crumbled feta cheese, diced cucumber, diced tomatoes, and sliced black olives to the yogurt-hummus mixture.
  3. Drizzle in the olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle in the garlic powder. Mix everything together until evenly combined.
  4. Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Transfer the Mediterranean dip to a serving bowl and garnish with additional parsley or feta, if desired.
  6. Serve with pita chips or a variety of fresh vegetable sticks for dipping.
