  • 1 Ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 Ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 Avocado, halved and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Coconut water
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Juice of lime
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Gather all the ingredients and prepare them by peeling and chopping the mango and banana, and slicing the avocado.
  2. In a blender, combine the diced mango, sliced banana, fresh spinach leaves, avocado, coconut water, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and honey (if using).
  3. Add the ice cubes to the blender to make the smoothie refreshing and chilled.
  4. Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are smooth and creamy. This should take about 30-60 seconds, depending on the power of your blender.
  5. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
  6. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

Feel free to add other fruits or greens to customize your smoothie. You can also substitute the Greek yogurt with a dairy-free alternative for a vegan version.
