  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 large Lemon juice Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 large Lemon zest Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill, chopped
  • to taste Salt

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade. Let the shrimp marinate for about 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer.
  4. Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink and opaque. Flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and transfer the shrimp to a serving platter. Drizzle any remaining sauce from the skillet over the shrimp.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for extra flavor.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic and dill according to your taste. This dish pairs wonderfully with a light salad or over a bed of rice.
