- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade. Let the shrimp marinate for about 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer.
- Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink and opaque. Flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side.
- Remove the skillet from heat and transfer the shrimp to a serving platter. Drizzle any remaining sauce from the skillet over the shrimp.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for extra flavor.
