- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring, allowing them to sear.
- Flip the shrimp and add the lemon juice, lemon zest, white pepper, and salt to taste. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped fresh dill.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
