  • 1 pound Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 unit Lemon, juice
  • 1 unit Lemon, zest
  • 1 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Dill, chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • as needed Lemon wedges, for serving

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  2. Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring, allowing them to sear.
  3. Flip the shrimp and add the lemon juice, lemon zest, white pepper, and salt to taste. Stir well to combine.
  4. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped fresh dill.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

For added flavor, feel free to adjust the amount of garlic and dill to your preference. Serve with crusty bread or over rice for a complete meal.
