  • 1 cup (2 sticks) Unsalted Butter
  • 12 ounces Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk One can
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Mini Marshmallows (optional)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir frequently to prevent burning.
  3. Add chocolate chips to the melted butter and stir until completely smooth and melted. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined and smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle with mini marshmallows (optional).
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  7. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!

Notes

For a richer chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate chips. You can also add chopped nuts, sea salt, or other desired toppings.
