- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Whisk together until well blended.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly. Let it marinate for 15-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp to the skillet, reserving the marinade for later.
- Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet with the shrimp. Stir and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and transfer the shrimp to a serving platter.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
