- In a medium bowl, combine the honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice. Mix well until the honey is fully dissolved.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet, reserving the marinade. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Flip the shrimp and pour the reserved marinade into the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the shrimp warm, garnished with lime wedges and additional cilantro if desired.
