  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the honey, lime juice, minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
  6. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the shrimp.
