  • 1 cup Strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1 cup Mandarin Orange Segments
  • 1 cup Grapes halved (red and green)
  • 1 Kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 0.5 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Mint chopped (optional)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Gently wash all fruits under cold running water. Hull strawberries and halve grapes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until the honey is completely dissolved.
  4. Pour the honey-lime mixture over the fruit in the large bowl.
  5. Gently toss the fruit to ensure it's evenly coated with the honey-lime dressing.
  6. If using mint, add it now and gently mix.
  7. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. This step is optional but recommended.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a sweeter salad, increase the honey to 3 tablespoons. Feel free to add other fruits like cantaloupe, watermelon, or mango. A sprinkle of shredded coconut adds a nice textural element.
