- In a medium bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, chili paste, and minced ginger. Mix well until the honey is fully dissolved into the sauce.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and gently toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Allow the shrimp to marinate for about 15-20 minutes for the flavors to meld.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp to the pan in a single layer.
- Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook them.
- Once the shrimp are cooked, sprinkle the sesame seeds and sliced scallions over the top. Toss gently to combine and heat through for an additional minute.
- Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the shrimp.
