- Begin by patting the shrimp dry with paper towels to ensure they sear properly in the skillet.
- In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Once melted and bubbling, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to let it burn.
- Stir in the paprika, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the spices with the garlic.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Flip the shrimp over and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side until fully cooked through.
- Drizzle the fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and give everything a final toss to coat.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
