Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Measuring Spoons

Method

Instructions
  1. Begin by patting the shrimp dry with paper towels to ensure they sear properly in the skillet.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Once melted and bubbling, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to let it burn.
  3. Stir in the paprika, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the spices with the garlic.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. Flip the shrimp over and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side until fully cooked through.
  6. Drizzle the fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and give everything a final toss to coat.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For additional flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
