  • 1 pound Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, making sure not to let it brown.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the smoked paprika, oregano, thyme, and basil. Mix well to combine, creating a garlic-infused oil with herbs.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, add the peeled and deveined shrimp. Pour the garlic-infused oil mixture over the shrimp, tossing well to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the garlic-infused oil mixture.
