  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes

  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • as needed Lemon wedges (for serving)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
  2. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade. Toss to ensure all shrimp are evenly coated. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp in a single layer.
  4. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink and start to caramelize.
  5. Flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and transfer the shrimp to a serving platter.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of crushed red pepper flakes. You can also add your favorite vegetables to the skillet for a complete meal.
