Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant but not browned.

  4. Stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, Italian herbs, cracked black pepper, and salt. Mix well to ensure the shrimp are evenly coated with the sauce.
  5. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

For a spicier kick, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes.
