  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 unit Lemon zest from 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed

  • to taste Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the paprika, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper, combining well.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. Squeeze the lemon juice over the shrimp and stir to coat evenly.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

You can add red pepper flakes for an extra kick or serve with a side of crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter.
