- Crush the Oreos: Pulse the Oreos in a food processor until finely crushed, or crush them in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin.
- Combine with Cream Cheese: In a medium bowl, mix the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese until a dough forms. Add a teaspoon of milk at a time if the mixture is too dry.
- Roll into Balls: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill: Refrigerate the Oreo balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt White Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip and Set: Dip each Oreo ball in the melted white chocolate, tapping off excess. Place them back on the parchment paper.
- Melt Candy Melts & Decorate: Melt the red and green candy melts separately. Once the white chocolate is slightly set, drizzle the red and green melts over the balls in a festive pattern. Add sprinkles immediately.
- Chill Again: Refrigerate for another 15-20 minutes to set the chocolate.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a richer flavor, use cream cheese with a higher fat content. You can also experiment with different colored candy melts or add other festive decorations like mini marshmallows or crushed candy canes.
