  • 1 cup Frozen pitaya (dragon fruit) cubes
  • 1 Banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • to taste Toppings (granola, sliced fruits, coconut flakes, chia seeds, or nuts)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine the frozen pitaya cubes, sliced banana, almond milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  4. Decorate the top of the smoothie bowl with your choice of toppings such as granola, sliced fruits, coconut flakes, chia seeds, or nuts.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing pitaya smoothie bowl!
