  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk (any kind)
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (optional, for melting and dipping)
  • 1/4 cup Sprinkles (optional, for decorating)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk.
  2. Mix thoroughly until a dough-like consistency is formed.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  4. Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper.
  5. Place the peanut butter balls onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. If desired, melt chocolate chips and dip the balls in melted chocolate. Add sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the balls to firm up.

Notes

Store leftover peanut butter balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate for dipping. You can also add other mix-ins to the dough such as chopped nuts or dried cranberries.
