- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk.
- Mix thoroughly until a dough-like consistency is formed.
- Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper.
- Place the peanut butter balls onto the prepared baking sheet.
- If desired, melt chocolate chips and dip the balls in melted chocolate. Add sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the balls to firm up.
Notes
Store leftover peanut butter balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate for dipping. You can also add other mix-ins to the dough such as chopped nuts or dried cranberries.
