- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, Italian dressing, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and black olives.
- Gently toss to coat everything evenly with the dressing.
- If using, stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. For best results, chill for 2-4 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or green onions. You can also use different types of cheese or add grilled chicken for extra protein.
