- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Mix until evenly moistened.
- Press crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Let cool completely.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and cocoa powder until completely smooth.
- In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture along with the vanilla extract and salt. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the pie to set. Serve chilled.
Notes
For a richer chocolate flavor, use dark cocoa powder. You can also add chocolate chips to the filling for extra chocolatey goodness. Top with chopped peanuts before serving for added texture and flavor.
