  • 1 lime Zest of 1 lime
  • 1 lime Juice of 1 lime

  • to taste Pepper
  • as needed Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, lime zest, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl, tossing to ensure they are evenly coated with the marinade. Let the shrimp marinate for 15-30 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp in a single layer.
  4. Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook.
  5. Remove the shrimp from the heat and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
