  • 1 can (14.75 oz) Canned Salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil for frying

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the salmon patties to the skillet.
  4. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from skillet and place on a paper towel to drain any excess oil. Serve warm.

Notes

These patties can be served with a side salad or a dipping sauce of your choice.
