- In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the salmon patties to the skillet.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from skillet and place on a paper towel to drain any excess oil. Serve warm.

These patties can be served with a side salad or a dipping sauce of your choice.
