- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp in a single layer, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink and crispy.
- Flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fully cooked. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return the shrimp to the skillet, add lemon juice, and toss to combine with the garlic.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle fresh parsley over the top before serving.
