- Place the fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the olive oil evenly over each fillet.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture generously over the fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The edges should be slightly crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve the crispy Alaska pollock with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
