  • 8x8 inch baking dish

  • Parchment Paper

Method

Instructions
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. In a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and butter, stirring occasionally until smooth. (Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted).
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  4. If using, stir in the chopped pecans (or other desired mix-ins).
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
  7. Once firm, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into small squares and serve.

Notes

Store leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a richer flavor, use high-quality white chocolate. Feel free to experiment with other mix-ins like dried cranberries, chopped cherries, or sprinkles.
