- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with a bit of the milk to create a slurry. This will help thicken the sauce later. Set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Season with salt to taste and remove from heat.
- Serve the creamy garlic shrimp over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a variation, add some spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor and nutrition.
