  • 3 Ripe Avocados
  • 1 whole Lime Juice Juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Diced Onion
  • 3 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 Diced Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 pinch Ground Cayenne Pepper Optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork until you reach your desired level of creaminess.
  3. Add the lime juice and salt to the mashed avocado, mixing well.
  4. Stir in the diced onion, chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt or lime juice if necessary.
  6. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, or cover with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface to prevent browning if storing for later.
