- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, fresh lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
- Preheat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until fully cooked through.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the chopped fresh coriander.
- Serve the chili lime shrimp with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.

For a spicier kick, consider adding diced jalapeƱos to the marinade.
