- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Add minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently, until fragrant.
- Remove chicken from skillet and shred with two forks.
- Return shredded chicken to the skillet. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions (microwave, skillet, or oven).
- Spread the cheesy chicken mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Add optional toppings such as lettuce, tomato, salsa, or sour cream.
- Fold the sides of the tortillas inward, then tightly roll up. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in a mixture of garlic, oregano, and olive oil for at least 30 minutes before cooking. You can also add other vegetables such as bell peppers or onions to the wraps.
