- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the French baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture onto both sides of each baguette slice.
- Bake the baguette slices in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are lightly toasted.
- In another bowl, combine the diced cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Remove the toasted baguette slices from the oven. Top each slice with a spoonful of the tomato mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each bruschetta.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
